Naazira, Product Architect
I'm Naazira, a product architect and the founder of Claritudio, based in Singapore. For thirteen years I've designed the software behind complex operations, on systems where the complexity is not in the interface but in the relationships between people, data, and state, and where a wrong decision has a physical consequence.
I help teams work out what is worth building before they spend on the wrong thing. Sometimes that means coming in early, while a direction is still forming; sometimes late, when a system already works but nobody designed for the people using it. Either way it's about wasting less, not slowing anyone down.

At VersaFleet I owned design end to end, from brand to product to the design system, and the work ran across every scale. At one end was a single word that fixed how failed deliveries were recorded and lifted delivery rates, and at the other was the route-optimisation core that planners with no logistics training could actually use. Over the years it grew from one operations user to teams across industries, and the planning tools cut transport planning time by 60% while improving fleet utilisation by 40%.
Co-founder and Chief Product-Design Officer
GotSurge. Digital marine logistics for ship supply.
A dual product and design role, led from inception, coordinating suppliers and vessel operators inside tight delivery windows. GotSurge was acquired by Yinson GreenTech about eighteen months after it was incorporated, and won the Smart Port Challenge 2022.
