I'm Naazira, a product architect and the founder of Claritudio, based in Singapore. For thirteen years I've designed the software behind complex operations, on systems where the complexity is not in the interface but in the relationships between people, data, and state, and where a wrong decision has a physical consequence.
I usually come in early, before engineering commits, to work out what is actually worth building. Sometimes I come in late, when the system already works but making it human was left as an afterthought.
